Sales Opportunities

This week, I’ll put the wealth business on hold and discuss a couple of sales ideas. Let’s begin with Manulife raising the rates on their UL products. I see this as a great opportunity to convert your clients’ Manulife term policies before the rates change. Manulife can supply you with a list of your term clients and an email message to help you attract attention to the urgency of converting a term policy to a permanent plan before the rates go up. If you’re interested in this opportunity, just let me know and I’ll make sure you get the info. Next on my list is our own administration system, InSite. I am fortunate to spend a lot of time doing joint field work with QFS advisors. Whenever, I’m seeing a client that has assets on the books, I always take the client statements that InSite can produce. They are a real-time snapshot of a client’s portfolio. I also meet with advisors to review their books of business for new opportunities. InSite has all the necessary reports to help you find the hidden revenues.
