We host our own conferences, and we are one of the only MGAs in Canada who does so. Past trips have included the white beaches of Aruba, the blue oceans of St. Maarten, and for the first time overseas, our 2010 conference took advisors through some of the most stunning ports of the Mediterranean. We hold a number of different campaigns and incentives throughout the year to keep advisors excited, to gain momentum, to see how good their swing really is. These incentives include everything from gallery dinners, to relaxing Muskoka getaways and of course, all day golf events.
